Psychology Private Australia is the unbrella federation of all the state private practising pyshcology groups in Australia. It's aims are to maintain and advance the standards of practice in the profession of psychology,to maintain and advance the standard and quantum of community mental health services, to encourage cordial relations among members of the profession of psychology, to promote the interests of psychologists in private practice, to act on behalf of one or more of the constituent bodies, on request from such bodies, to enter into association with any body whose aims are similar to those of the Organisation, and to receive and disseminate information.
